Campaign Dispatch December 8, 2017

News from the Campaign….

* Kathleen proposed legislation this week to make tuition free at technical colleges and two-year campuses. “I want to make it as easy as possible for someone who is already working or has family obligations, doesn’t have the cash and can’t afford to take time off, to get the education and training they want. I call it Freedom to Learn. A dream job shouldn’t be just a dream. People should be able to learn the skills they need for the job they really want without worrying about how to pay tuition.”
